The Florida Region of Ticor Title has a long standing tradition of working in conjunction with its policy-issuing agents to ensure the success of those agents and to aid them in expanding the agency customer base, thereby augmenting their revenues. As part of that commitment, the Florida Region has established a specially dedicated division that will enable its agents to provide exceptional, full service solutions for commercial real estate ventures and high end residential transactions in a timely and professional manner. The Commercial Division is based in the Florida Region’s corporate headquarters in Casselberry, Florida. This Division is staffed by experienced title professionals versed in today’s sophisticated and innovative real estate market needs. Utilizing Ticor Title’s nationwide network of similarly oriented title units, the Commercial Division stands ready to assist you with any of your complex transactions, whether that undertaking is situated within Florida, outside Florida, or is a multi-State transaction.

The Commercial Division’s basic precept is “one size does not fit all.” Each and every commercial transaction comes with its own intricacies and challenges. What works in one deal may not work in another. You will have an experienced underwriter laboring with you to resolve any challenges that arise before they become monumental or deal-breaking disasters. One of the best methods to accomplish this and probably the biggest advantage to allowing the Commercial Division to participate with you in your transaction is the “single point of contact” concept employed by the Division. A member of the Division’s underwriting staff will gladly work with you, commencing with order placement, through the underwriting and closing processes, all the way through to the issuance of the final title policies. This single point of contact allows the underwriter to become intimately familiar with even the smallest details in your transaction. This knowledge can be beneficial (to both the agent and the Company) during negotiations on some of the more delicate and/or complex title related issues that will inevitably arise during transactions of this nature.
